Automated warehouse has high space utilization and strong outgoing operation capacity,also can build more efficient logistics system.It has become an indispensable core storage facility for enterprise logistics and production management.Therefore,the establishment of automated warehouse system has become a major symbol of today's large scale modern enterprises.Taking a pharmaceutical industry as an example,in order to meet the requirements of expanding production,shorting the cycle of plasma sorting,improving the turnover rate and accuracy of plasma stock,fulfilling the storage,sorting and management of raw materials to meet production needs,now building a new plant area,in view of the new plant's construction situation and needs,the research is carried out,and the logistics facilities planning and design is carried out for the new factory.Investigating and looking up information through the automated logistics system and storage system and other related aspects,the knowledge about the current development status of automatic logistics system and storage system are understanded,and the overall research framework is determined,starting from the composition of logistics automation system of cold storage is comprehended,after the data of production,quantity,mode of operation and demand are colleted and analysed,and the reservoir area the storage tray and the data flow are also analysed and calculated.According to the planning principle of automatic three-dimensional cold storage system,following the planning steps,each area is planned and designed respectively,then be integrated into overall planning layout.In order to consider the different influence factors and requirements,the plan is designed as two schemes of A and B.Due to the equipment configuration and selection plays a very important role in the planning and design of logistics automation system,therefore,the basic principles of the selection of equipment is used for guidance,the main factors affecting the selection of equipment is analyzed,the evaluation index system is established according to the principle of setting index,using the roughness theory to optimize the evaluation index system and the comprehensive weight is calculated.Then use the VIKOR method to aggregate evaluation value,the problem of data types incommensurability and loss of information caused by conversion between data is solved,for this kind of multi criteria decision making problem,the best plan which is close to the ideal plan is chosed.In view of the two sets of A and B design plans for the automatic three-dimensional cold storage of the pharmaceutical industry,the optimal scheme is selected for comprehensive evaluation.To establish the technical evaluation,cost control,management and evaluation as an evaluation index system,the AHP method is used to determine the index weight,combined with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and gray correlation analysis method to quantify the weight of index,based on daily sorting 6 tons,finally B is chosed as the optimum scheme.Finally,according to the B program,the Flexsim computer simulation software is used to judge and verify the distribution of the logistics system of the B scheme,it is found that the system runs smoothly and meets the needs.
