Low carbonization of products is an important way to achieve sustainable development.As a typical complex electromechanical equipment,the process of the plastic injection molding is characterized by high energy consumption.In this paper,a carbon emission calculation model for injection molding process of injection molding equipment is constructed,in which the important parts are formally expressed.The process parameter optimization of the injection molding equipment is realized by using artificial immune algorithm.And the injection molding equipment process parameters schemes are evaluated based on the optimal solution set.Those uncertain process parameters of the injection molding equipment are formally expressed by using binary intuitionistic fuzzy numbers.And the system of injection molding equipment carbon emission analysis and evaluation is developed.The main contents of this paper are as followed:In the first chapter,the research background and the significance are introduced.The current research situations of products low carbon design and the method of carbon emission evaluation are explained as well.And the article framework is presented in this chapter.In the second chapter,the carbon emission of injection molding equipment is analyzed in three dimensions which are material state,energy state,information state of carbon emission.The carbon emission polymorphism model of injection molding equipment is established based on hybrid Petri net.The model is formally expressed.And the solve strategy is proposed based on the conflicts in the model.In the third chapter,the injection molding process parameters are optimized by using artificial immune algorithm.The optimization indexes for low carbon injection molding are determined.The solution set of optimal process parameter is found based on the self-recognition of artificial immune algorithm.In the fourth chapter,the injection molding process parameters are expressed by using binary intuitionistic fuzzy numbers according to the uncertainty in the process of injection molding.The process parameters with exact numbers,fuzzy numbers and type two intuitionistic fuzzy numbers are attached with weights.The solution sets of process parameters are scored by using experts scoring system.In the fifth chapter,the system of injection molding equipment carbon emission analysis and evaluation is developed.The feasibility of this method is verified.In the sixth chapter,the research contents of this paper are summed up,and the innovation points of this paper are concluded,the followed research is put forward.
