Research On The Performance Factor Of Paper-based Metal Gravure Composite Materials

In order to improve the pollution problem which caused by using solvent ink to printing products,this article used method of made paper and metal silver paste recombination by intaglio printing directly,and explore a set of best craft parameter which can meet effect of existing paper and aluminum foil rolling composite by adhesives’ product.In this article,it elaborated the mechanism relationship between paper’s sufurce and metal material through the way of intaglio printing to transfer ink directly.And then analyzed four main composite products’ manufacturing technique and status quo at home and abroad.Second test experiment was carried out,which contained 12 groups of experiments aimed at printing speed and pressure.Among them started single factor analyzed for the ink transfer and used analytic hierarchy prcess to modeling overall process parameter,which concluded the weight value calculation,finally achived the goal of paper and metal silver paste recombination by intaglio printing method.In order to further get a set of craft parameter which can suitable for composite materials of paper and metal silver,thanks to the first experiment’s equipment limit range of parameter,so the next experiment carried out from three angles,which included same peper based on the different type of printing machines,different paper based on the new machine and different printing times of the same paper.The reason why to do these three angles was to determine whether different machines and paper will impact on products.And then took multi-factor orthogonal experiment with minitab software to analyzed data,which got a set of best craft parameter.Finally,according to the above best craft parameters to make a new printing roller and carried out third printing experiment.Then random sampling to detected validity of correlation index,which laid the foundation for large-scale production in the future...
