| To solve this problem,this paper proposes a color quality evaluation method for decorative paper based on AHP-EWM model.This paper analyzes the quality characteristics of decorative paper,discusses the factors affecting the color quality of decorative paper printing,analyzes the applicability of the evaluation model to the printing quality of decorative paper,introduces mathematical and statistical parameters to verify the accuracy and differentiation of the model,proposes improvement suggestions for decorative paper based on the evaluation results,and designs evaluation software to optimize the process based on the theory of the evaluation system.The details of the study are as follows:(1)Establish a color quality evaluation system for gravure printing decorative paper.Firstly,we introduce the printing process and quality characteristics of decorative paper and its influencing factors in detail,and select the evaluation indexes according to the printing characteristics of decorative paper,which are in line with the principles of "comprehensiveness"and "representativeness" and are operable in actual production.It is required to be"comprehensive" and "representative",and operable in actual production.Then,the advantages and disadvantages of AHP model and EWM model are clarified,and the applicability of AHPEWM model is analyzed considering the horizontal influence of quality evaluation indexes.Secondly,based on the current national standard QB/T3007-2008 and industry standard,the assignment score table of each index is established with the actual production situation of enterprises.Finally,a subjective evaluation control group was established,and Spearman coefficients were introduced to verify the accuracy of the model,and the variance was used to characterize the differentiation of the model,and 95%confidence intervals were used for statistical analysis of the evaluation scores.The experimental results showed that the Spearman correlation coefficient between subjective and objective evaluation scores was 0.6481.and the test probability was 1.0767 × 10-4,which was much smaller than 0.05,indicating that there was a strong correlation between subjective and objective results,which indicated that the objective evaluation model had high accuracy;the variance of objective evaluation scores was 41.4046,and the evaluation scores of the three decorative papers The variance of objective evaluation scores was 41.4046,and the evaluation scores of three decorative papers were lower than the mean,which can indicate that the model has good differentiation and can pick out the decorative paper samples with poor grade.The 95%confidence interval for the decorative paper samples was[63.6315,68.5190],which can show that the overall printing quality of the samples needs to be improved.(2)Design and development of printing quality evaluation software for gravure decor paper.The printing quality evaluation process is often tedious and requires processing a large amount of data.In order to optimize the evaluation process and achieve standardization,data and efficiency of the evaluation process,this project designs and develops a gravure printing decorative paper quality evaluation software through MATLAB programming platform,which contains indicator assignment module,indicator weighting module,score calculation module and statistical analysis module to save cost for enterprises. |
