With the rapid development of three-dimensional printing technology,SLA technology and DLP technology based on the principle of ultraviolet light curing are increasingly known.People have higher and higher requirements for the quality of photo-cured three-dimensional printing products. As a molding consumable of DLP and SLA technology, photosensitive resin directly affects the application prospect of this technology. At present, the main raw materials used in the three-dimensional photocuring printing technology are epoxy resin and acrylic resin.Although these two types of resins can meet the basic requirements for three-dimensional photocuring, they cannot meet the higher requirements for three-dimensional printing due to problems such as large viscosity of the resin, large volume shrinkage after curing, and poor toughness of molded products.Photocured organic/inorganic hybrid polymers have the advantages of both organic and inorganic materials. In this work, three photocurable organic-inorganic hybrid prepolymers were synthesized and used as photosensitive components in three-dimensional printing photosensitive resins to improve the viscosity, mechanical properties and thermodynamic properties of the resins. This paper will start our work from the following three aspects:1 TEOS/KH570 silica sol prepolymer was synthesized from tetraethylorthosilicate(TEOS)and γ-methacryloxypropyltrimethoxysilane(KH570),and the optimal reaction conditions were investigated. The structure is characterized.A synthetic silica sol was used as a photosensitive resin component to prepare a photosensitive resin composition that can be used for three-dimensional rapid molding. The effect of different amounts of silica sol prepolymer on the properties of the photosensitive resin composition was studied. The experimental results show that the addition of synthetic silica sol prepolymer can play a role in increasing the mechanical and thermodynamic properties, and also meet the other requirements of the photocuring three-dimensional printing consumables.2 We synthesized a double deck POSS prepolymer with photoactive groups andcharacterized its structure. Then,a photosensitive resin composition is prepared from the epoxy acrylate and other components, and three-dimensional photocuring printing is performed to perform a series of research on the properties of the molded product, and the impact of double-decker POSS content on the photocurable 3D printing resin is explored. The experimental results show that the synthetic photocurable double-deck POSS prepolymer can greatly improve the tensile, impact and bending strength of the cured photosensitive resin, and the composite 3D printing rapid prototyping resin with good mechanical properties is obtained.3 Using 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane as raw material, the reaction intermediate octachloropropyl POSS was synthesized, then the reaction intermediate was substituted with potassium acrylate to obtain the octaacrylate-based POSS,and Characterization. This monomer was prepared into a photosensitive resin composition in the same method and tested for its properties. The effect of acrylate-based POSS content on the photosensitive resin material was also studied. The experimental results show that the addition of acrylate-based POSS reduces the viscosity and volume shrinkage of the photosensitive resin composition, increases the water resistance, and has better mechanical properties.
