3D printing developed in recent decades is a new technology, which has been accepted by more and more people. Stereolithography technology(SLA) is the earliest and most mature technology in 3D printing fields. Due to the monopoly of foreign technology, the photosensitive resin with high performance can not be produced in China. So the development speed of Stereolithography technology is very slow in our country. The shortage of photosensitive resin has become a bottleneck of our stereolithography technology. Localization of photosensitive resin is particularly important. The following work has been carried out for the preparation of photosensitive resin with high performance:(1)A detailed study on the hybrid photosensitive resin system was carried out to determine the effect of different components on the viscosity, shrinkage, mechanical properties, gel content and curing thickness of the resin. The types and contents of components of hybrid photosensitive resin were determined by comparing different kinds of initiator, diluent and oligomer.(2)Photosensitive resin is optimized. Through the research on the post curing phenomenon of photosensitive resin, it was found that if the post curing time with 8 hours, temperature with 70 oC, the gel content could be increased by about 20%. Anthracene can increase gel content of resin. IR shows that When the addition of Anthracene is 0.07%, the effect is well. Silica can effectively reduce the shrinkage of the resin. When the addition of silica is 1%, the shrinkage rate of the resin dropped to 5.45%, the tensile strength increased by about 20%. Titanium dioxide can increase the critical exposure of the photosensitive resin, and improve the storage stability of the resin.(3)To solve the problem of large shrinkage rate with photosensitive resin, it synthesized a 3,9dihydroxy methyl 3’,9’diethyl-1,5,7,11- four oxygen snail miscellaneous [5,5] undecane expansion monomers by two-step. The structure of the product was confirmed by IR and NMR. By measuring the shrinkage ratio of the resin and the tensile strength and other properties, it is determined that the amount of expansion monomer is 10%.
