A Study On Process Innovation Management Of H Chemical Company

Innovation is the first driving force of development,and innovation can promote the development.Technological innovation is very crucial for the enterprise to improve development.An enterprise can quickly improve its core competitiveness by the reform and innovation of the production process.H chemical company belongs to the small and mid-sized enterprises.The product of H chemical company is invariant and its lifecycle is long relatively,so it's not very instancy to innovate product at the present.H chemical company need focuse on the process innovation.In order to increase production,save energy and protect the safety and environment,the company needs to improve the production methods,apply the new chemical equipments,use new alternative materials and improve the production management.Taking the H chemical company as the example,this paper firstly retrospect the relevant research which about the theory of process innovation management at home and abroad.And then,it studies the definition,characteristics,pattern and implement of the process innovation management.Thirdly,this thesis studies the process innovation management of H chemical company from four aspects containing decision-making management,organization management,implement management and resource management.The analysis of current process innovation management of H chemical company discovers the problems like the lacking of coordination in the organization,shortcoming of the stimulation,Lacking of the innovative training and confused management in the process.By consulting experts,it determine the weights of innovation management's evaluation factors and establishs an evaluation model of technology innovation management for H chemical company.The results of H chemical company process innovation management is in medium level by F-AHP.Finally combined with the results of this study and the current situation of H chemical company innovation management,put forwards the safeguards of the optimization for the innovative rganization,improvment in the incentive system,reinforce on the implement management and attention to personnel training.
