All kinds of pipelines are gathered in one room of the underground pipeline.It is the most important thing to ensure the normal operation of the underground pipeline by real-time monitoring the pipeline’ and environmental data.The measurement and control systems of mine or tunnel usually adopt a ‘distributed’ scheme,data acquisition is realized by embedding sensors at the same interval in an area,which can be transmitted by CAN bus.This method is not only expensive but also very cumbersome.In view of the actual situation of the underground pipeline,the subject combines with the relevant technical experience of the mine monitoring and tunnel monitoring which proposes that some inspection cars built in the underground pipeline to detect the parameters of the underground pipeline.At the same time,the intelligent measurement and control platform based on UNO-2174 A industrial control computer is built to display the current parameter information of pipelines intuitively.And an intelligent scheduling algorithm is proposed to solve the problem of the redistribution of the patrol section of inspection cars queues.It is necessary to redistribute the inspection area of the remaining inspection cars.In this paper,an FCM algorithm is proposed to solve the scheduling problem of cars,and blinding selection of the initial clustering center of the FCM algorithm is proposed.Two imroved methods of FCM are basing on point density function and basing on Immune-Simulated annealing algorithm.The iterations,optimal objective functions and the probability of obtaining the optimal objective functions of three clustering methods are compared and analyzed.The results verify the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm and help to solve the scheduling problem of the underground pipeline inspection trolley.The hardware part of the intelligent measurement and control platform is built.Through the ADAM-4055 data acquisition module,the temperature,humidity,carbon monoxide,methane,oxygen and other parameters collected by various sensors are transmitted to UNO-2174 A for processing.At the same time,the upper computer software and the lower computer software are developed by using C#.The lower computer sent the data packet to the upper computer through the point to point communication of LAN,then the data packet is unpacked and displayed in real time.
