The first dedusting process of the 80 ton converter in the NO.1 Steelmaking Plant of Tangshan Guofeng Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.used the wet dedusting technology.The technology is relatively backward,not only with high emission concentration,but also large energy consumption.In order to complete the emission reduction task prescribed by the state,Guofeng company decided to transform the first dedusting of 80 tons converter.It is changed from the original wet dedusting to semi-dry dedusting,and converted the duer fan liquid coupling speed regulation into high voltage frequency converter speed regulation.First introduces the process of the semi dry dust removal,and shows the advantages of the semi-dry dust removal in the converter production.Combined with the field equipment and process flow,the equipment composition of the semi-dry dust removal system is introduced in detail.Then,it focus on the control system of the set of equipment from the software,hardware,network structure three aspects of detailed design.The function and subordination and calling relationship of each function block in PLC are designed and explained,and the control parameters,chain conditions and HMI picture operation of the four functional groups of the system are designed and written.Through the research of PID,the usage of PID is understood in this set of dust removal system.And according to the actual engineering application,all the control parameters of PID in this system are optimized and adjusted.The structure principle,equipment composition,local and remote coperation mode of Huichuan HD90 10 KV high voltage inverter are introduced in detail.Through the study it is decided to change from hydraulic coupler regulation into high voltage variable frequency speed regulation system and compared before and after modification.In order to realize the sharing of production data and eliminate the information island,a production data management system is designed and implemented to achieve the remote view of production performance and facilitate the archiving and statistics of dispatching organization and production data.This project also describes the OPC protocol and B/S architecture applied to the management system,and discusses the implementation of the system.
