| The grinding process is an extremely important part of the entire ore dressing plant.Therefore,the automation and informationization of the grinding process can not only improve the mine production efficiency,but also bring huge economic benefits.The subject has studied the beneficiation process flow,in the case of access to a large number of references,has designed a set of system that combined automation and informationization in detail.The system provided an effective solution for small and medium mines to improve production efficiency,energy saving,reduce labor intensity,achieve information management.The system used Visual Studio 2010 software to write a custom protocol for designing human-computer interaction interface and serial communication through C# language.The database used SQL Server 2008 to store various data of the production process in real time so that the information management system can analyze and analyze,which realized automation and effective integration of information.In addition,according to the beneficiation process and actual production conditions,the beneficiation process was divided into three-tier structure,namely: executive layer,monitoring layer,information management layer.Executive layer was mainly intelligent instrument cabinet to collect field data and execute control commands;Monitoring layer was mainly control and supervision.Field instruments through the free interface to Modbus protocol to communicate with the monitoring computer,real-time display process screen,monitoring process parameters,start and stop man-machine interface control device,set the process parameters,mill load curve display and dynamic correction functions;The information management layer mainly accessed remotely through the database server.The management office can display various data in real time,display real-time curves and historical curves,report printing,and real-time cost calculation.Finally,the system was tested to verify the feasibility. |
