Electrolytic copper is an important industrial raw material which is widely used in various fields.Most of the domestic copper smelting enterprises is the introduction of foreign technology and equipment,not only improve the production efficiency has been significantly improved,the level of automation of production and processing has also been significantly improved,but the packaging production of electrolytic copper is not very mature,and no special equipment reliable to improve work efficiency.As the key equipment of the electrolytic copper automatic packaging unit,the lifting conveyor takes the place of the original forklift in the packing unit,and is responsible for transporting the electrolytic copper stacks to all the work stations of the packing unit,so as to connect all the process units in series.The working rhythm of the lifting conveyor is fast,the load is in the load,the elevator is frequently reversed,and the starting and braking of the conveyor is frequent.The main problems in the design process are as follows: 1.Synchronization between multiple ball screw elevators needs to be ensured to avoid uneven load during lifting;2.During the frequent starting and braking of the conveyor,a large inertial impact will be directly imposed on the ball screw diameter.The direction of the ball screw will cause greater damage,affect the life of the screw,production efficiency.Based on the design of the last generation lifting conveyor,the problems occurred in the previous design and actual production were summarized,and the design of the last generation lifting conveyor was improved and optimized.A new lifting conveyor design scheme was put forward.First,according to the design experience of the previous generation,we designed the linkage mode of the ball screw hoist and completed the calculation and selection of the structural parameters of the ball screw and roller chain.Secondly,to improve the structure design of the elevator guide rod increased to protect the ball screw,and the design of the hydraulic system,the hydraulic cylinder instead of ball screw lift to complete the lifting work,improve the design of the conveyor frame,to reduce the inertia impact during transportation.On the basis of the above improved design,the ADAMS dynamic analysis software is applied to simulate the movement process of the lifting conveyor,and the motion parameters are provided for data analysis for the next step analysis,and the force condition of the lifting conveyor is compared before and after improvement.In the ANSYS Workbench finite element software,the static analysis of the elevator structure is carried out by the force analysis results.The stress,strain and deformation data of the elevator before and after improvement are compared with the measured data of the ball screw deformation.After improved design,ball screws are well protected,reducing the radial impact of ball screws during starting and braking,and reducing the stress,strain and deformation of ball screws,which proves the feasibility and effectiveness of the improved design scheme.
