Reverse device is precision ball screw pair of important parts. In high speed and heavy-load work conditions, by reverse device, fast ball continuous cycle of collision and the friction effect contact, easy cause friction and wear, temperature, creep, relaxation, fatigue yield failure, etc. Cover type circular reverse device is a new type of high-speed ball screw vice reverse device, through the analysis of the ball in reverse device for internal contact, studies its impact dynamics performance and fluency, improve the structure of cover type reverse device designed, in order to further improve the high-speed ball screw pair of performance indicators to provide theoretical and technical support.This paper firstly with multi-body dynamics theory and finite element analysis software ANSYS, through the theoretical analysis and dynamic optimization, study the reverse device structural parameters on the ball, the influence of circular fluency structure design of reverse device optimized. Secondly use multibody dynamics simulation software ADAMS is to reverse the ball within dynamics simulation, analysis the reason caused friction torque fluctuations, this paper discusses the design reasonable reverse. The research content mainly includes the following aspects:1) according to the dynamic theory analysis cover type ball screw deputy editor in between the ball and backward, this paper discusses the relationship between the mechanical structure design parameters on the ball bearing capacity of influence.2) using finite element analysis software ANSYS, establish ball and reverse device mechanics model of the collision, impacting Angle, structure and analyzed the impact parameter of material impact on reverse device for preliminary optimization design. 3) using three-dimensional modeling software Pro/e and multibody dynamics analysis software ADAMS, establish cover type ball screw vice dynamics simulation model. Through the simulation analysis, friction torque by spectrum analysis research has led the ball screw vice positive & negative friction torque fluctuation reasons.4) through ball screw pair of friction torque and noise measurement experiment, compared to cover type ball screw vice reverse device dynamics simulation results, further inspection structure optimization and simulation analysis of the effectiveness of the effect.Based on shandong brantec seiko Co., LTD KD3216 type of high-speed ball screw vice reverse device, for example, ADAMS dynamics simulation model for different design parameters are dynamics simulation analysis.
