| In recent years,with the attention and love of Pleurotus eryngii products,the mushroom grass industry has made great progress in the southern mountain area of Ningxia,and the market demand of edible mushroom products is increasing constantly.But it follows that the standardized production system of edible fungi and the accountability mechanism of product quality supervision are not perfect,which has become the bottleneck of the enterprise to participate effectively in the market competition,and it is urgent to establish the efficient traceability system of abalone mushroom products.And in the actual production of Pleurotus eryngii,there are many problems,such as the mobility of the grass-roots staff,the unclear management responsibilities and the backward data storage.These problems have become the important factors that restrict the effective establishment of Pleurotus eryngii traceability system.According to the above analysis,this study takes Pleurotus eryngii and its production process for research object to design the traceability system of Pleurotus eryngii products based on the edible fungus Industrial Park of Changchengyuan in Pengyang County,Ningxia.And the research can get following results:(1)Based on the analysis of the supply chain of Pleurotus eryngii products,the constraint relationship between the production process of Pleurotus eryngii was clarified,and the cultivation link of Pleurotus eryngii as the key production process was analyzed.The two main factors of the key link——environmental factors and human operation factors were determined.And a mathematical model of the cultivation link was established.(2)through the serial camera wireless remote photographing system,field investigation and the remote monitoring platform of the mushroom cultivation remote monitoring platform,the data are collected and the traceability index is screened,Thus the batch number of the product is determined as the key source of the traceability information.One dimension bar code is used as the information carrier and the database technology is combined to complete the information flow of the whole traceabi lity chain.It solves the problem that the traceability chain breaks easily in bar code technology.(3)Finally,The completion of the development of Pleurotus eryngii products traceability system.In this paper,ASP.NET technology,ADO.NET technology,bar code technology and database technology are used to design the traceability system of Pleurotus eryngii products based on Visual Studio2015 software platform,and the evaluation criteria of traceability system function are determined.The implementation of mushroom products traceability system suggests a bidirectional traceability to be completed between the mushroom production and circulation.This study can improve the yield of Pleurotus eryngii,perfect the enterprise production management system and satisfy the information traceability of the product.It also provides the theoretical basis and technical support for the establishment of Pleurotus eryngii traceability in the cold area of Northwest China. |
