With the rapid development of the national economy,residents' living and industrial production have become increasingly dependent on oil and natural gas.In recent years,the "gas shortage" that has continued to appear in recent years has become a common domestic problem.The dependence on overseas imports of oil and gas has reached 55%.PetroChina,Sinopec,and Sinopec,CNOOC continues to increase oil and gas production to protect domestic demand.In the process of oil and gas production,the continuous tubing plays a very important role.As the core oil and gas producing place of our country,the western market has a great demand for the continuous tubing.The macroscopical environment faced by continuous tubing production enterprises is constantly optimized,but the market depth of foreign products and the appearance of domestic competitors make the competition situation of their industries very severe.Therefore,to establish and implement effective sales strategy is the key for continuous tubing production enterprises to seize the market in the market competition and obtain the sales income.This paper fully draw lessons from scholars at home and abroad based on sales of goods industries,make full use of the literature research method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,field survey method,combined with economics,management,marketing and other related knowledge,in the light of its own BSG tubing sales work experience,analysis and study on BSG of coiled tubing in the western market China sales strategy,through the analysis of the macro environment and industry environment,the current development of the external environment,but also on the presence of BGS coiled tubing western market sales problems and the reasons were analyzed,then the SWOT Analysis and selection of STP sales strategy,and on the basis of using 4P theory fully developed BSG coiled tubing in the western market in sales strategy,and provide the necessary security measures for it,this paper contributes to the optimization of BSG sales strategy of coiled tubing in Western markets and improve,enhance its competitive advantage in the market overall.
