Chemical industrial park has become the main trend of petrochemical industry in order to make large scale and economization of modern chemical industry.The number of chemical industrial parks has reached about 500 at the end of 2015 in China.With the intensive chemical industry,the safety and risk assessment of chemical industrial park are highly concerned by governments and scholars.Meanwhile,China is greatly affected by natural disasters and economic losses and casualties are immeasurable by chemical accidents in the chemical industrial parks every year.In "13th Five-Year" plan for safety production,the chemical industrial park project is clearly proposed about natural disaster.This paper mainly studied three natural disasters of earthquake,hurricane and lightning to the safe identification and risk assessment of typical chemical industrial parks.On the one hand,a comprehensive risk assessment model of natural disasters was established by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),so as to identify hazardous chemicals,major hazards and hazardous processes in chemical industrial parks.Four factors were considered in this model,namely risk of disaster-inducing factors,exposure of disaster-bearing body,vulnerability of disaster-bearing body and ability to prevent the disaster.On the other hand,CASST-QRA software is used to quantitatively assess accident consequence and regional risks of chemical industrial parks.A typical chemical park is verified as an example and get the following conclusions:1.A comprehensive risk assessment model is established on the base of AHP.The risk of earthquake,hurricane and lightning are all moderate risks.2.The major dangerous sources of typical chemical industrial danger were identified,including the identification of dangerous chemicals,dangerous processes and major hazards.According to the data statistics,it is concluded that 82 kinds of dangerous chemicals,9 kinds of dangerous chemical processes and 14 chemical companies of major hazard sources are involved in this chemical industrial park.3.CASST-QRA software is used to simulate the consequences of major accidents,personal risk,social risk and road transport risk in a typical chemical industrial park,and they are calculated corresponding death radius,serious injury radius and minor injury radius.We can see that personal risk,social risk and road transportation risk are acceptable by means of simulation research.
