The rubbish problem has always been a major problem that has plagued the development of China’s new urbanization.The annual growth of domestic garbage is about 500 million tons per year,while China’s share is close to one third,and it is still growing at a constant rate.In recent years,although China has made tremendous achievements in the waste problem,there are still many problems.The waste collection and transportation system is the key link for linking the source and the back end of garbage,and it is also the weakest part of the entire waste processing link.Therefore,it is of utmost importance to optimize and improve the waste collection and transportation system.Secondly,the rapid economic development of our country has led many cities to break the boundary of administrative divisions and maximize the overall interests of the region,and at the same time benefit all stakeholders in the region,in accordance with their own strategic conditions and regional advantages through cooperation and coordinated development.The integration of administrative divisions,along with the emergence of many urbanization issues,has also brought the task of resource integration to all walks of life.The garbage collection and transportation system is one of the important guarantees for the effective operation of cities,and the inter-regional administrative attributes.Optimizing when relationships change is especially important.From the perspective of a complex network,this paper constructs a complex network of waste collection and transportation systems,and starts from the integration of administrative regions and the integration of non-administrative regions to optimize the collection and transportation system of garbage.The main tasks are as follows:(1)Research on the collection and transportation system of garbage without the integration of administrative regions.Integrate the actual situation of waste collection and transportation system to construct the generation model of waste collection and transportation network from the environmental factors,and design the constraints of the objective function according to the urban environmental sanitation facility planning specification and related parameters,and design the algorithm through the BA scale-free construction network method.The garbage collection and transportation system is constructed as a complex network for garbage collection and transportation,and the related statistical characteristics of the generated network topology are analyzed.(2)Optimization of waste collection and transportation system under the integration of administrative regions.Aiming at the problems that may occur in the actual situation of regional integration(administrative integration)for the complex network of garbage collection and transportation,through the analysis of the problems faced by the garbage collection and transportation network in the state of regional integration(administration integration),the redundancy and reconstruction are constructed.In two different scenarios,the waste collection and transportation network under different conditions is optimized through a model construction algorithm analysis method.In addition,an example is selected based on the actual situation,and the established model and algorithm are tested and analyzed.The results obtained by the examples show the reliability of the model. |
