Knowledge is an important economic resource and strategic resource, which plays an important role in promoting the sustainable development and maintaining the competitive advantage of the organization.Experience knowledge is the most practical and valuable of all organizational knowledge, but it is difficult to acquire, learn and transfer. In view of this, this article from the perspective of post-project learning, with R studio as tools, this paper puts forward an experiential learning method based on the LDA topic model, and verifies the effectiveness of the method with the example of post-evaluation report of construction project environment influence. The main work is as follows:(1)The reports from 2008-2017 years were collected as sample data, preprocessed, and converted into a computer-comprehensible language.(2)A topic mining model based on LDA is constructed. On the basis of the existing research,a method is proposed to determine the optimal number of topics by the variation of the perplexity and logarithmic likelihood value, and the number of topics is 40 which is determined by the empirical study of the sample data. The results of the model output mainly include topic distribution, topic words distribution, keywords table.Based on the analysis of the results, the concrete conclusions are as follows:(1)Select the top 12 themes, combined with the document classification table, can determine the report needs to focus on reading and research content, help report users development targeted experiential learning work.(2)Through the analysis of the top 10 keywords of the 12 important topics,8 important empirical knowledge implicit in the sample set was discovered:1)to formulate comprehensive emergency measures in advance;2)communication is particularly important;3)make plans for various possible leakage events;4)be alert to environmental issues at every stage of the project;5)reduce the environmental impact from the project equipment;6)integrate the location factors into the solution of environmental problems;7)solve environmental problems from the root cause;8)pay close attention to the operation area in real time.(3)Through the analysis of the network diagram of thematic relationship, the extracted empirical knowledge can be divided into two categories:the experiential knowledge derived from "accident" related events and the experiential knowledge derived from the project itself.
