A Study About Safety Management Of Chemical Enterprise Based On Responsibility Care Philosophy

Under the environment of international security management,and with the concept of responsibility care being raised and promoted worldwide.The concept of responsibility care was responded and implemented by enterprises of domestic and abroad.Safety management is the foundation for the enterprise to complete the normal operation.A security management system that conforms to its own enterprise development is the key factor for the enterprise.Therefore,adhering to the concept of responsibility care is the driving force for the establishment and improvement of the safety management system.This paper consists five parts.1.The introduction of responsibility care concept and safety management,and the purpose,content,significance and research technical route of this thesis are put forward.2.Through the way of reading the literature,the relevant knowledge of responsibility care concept and safety management are analyzed,and the current situation of the concept of responsibility care and the development of security management at home and abroad were summarized.3.Through the investigation of some domestic enterprises,summarize and analyze the domestic publicity and implementation of the responsibility care concept and the establishment and implementation of the safety management system of domestic enterprise.4.In the domestic chemical company(Tianjin Nangang industrial zone)concept of responsible care and safety management system as an example,in-depth summary,and industrial park in the development of responsible care and safety management achievements and existing problems are analyzed.5.The main research results of this paper are summarized to establish a set of safety management system that conforms to the development of domestic chemical enterprises,and that will serve as a reference for the development of domestic enterprises in this field.In order to understand and summarize the development situation of responsible care and safety management.The public opinion to the domestic responsibility present situation,industry responsible care implementation situation and the domestic enterprise establishment and implementation of responsible care are mentioned.The responsible care and safety management of Tianjin Nangang industrial zone are summarized and analyzed,which contains community care and safety management in cognition,emergency response,process safety,storage and transportation safety,pollution prevention,occupational health and security safety.To find the problems of operation safety management and safety management.Then,give some feasibility advice,which contains the operation safety management and safety management meeting.Therefore,a perfect safety management system in line with the development of domestic chemical enterprises is established.
