Puncher is an indispensable equipment in the production of seamless steel pipe,the centering device is an important part of the system of the main drive of the piercing machine,which plays a very important role in the production process of seamless steel pipe.Puncher The main drive system is an important link in the piercing machine,which plays the role of transmitting torque and movement in the transmission process.Perforated performance of a direct impact on the production of seamless steel pipe product quality and variety specifications.In the actual perforation production process,due to long-term high temperature and dusty equipment in the production environment,the main transmission system is also in the long-term transmission of large torque in the process,so equipment reliability and safety will be greatly reduced.A seamless steel pipe plant perforated equipment put into operation in 2008,the piercing machine main drive system accidents,so in particular the need to optimize the equipment improvements.This article is the main research object of the centering device in the main drive system of piercing machine of a seamless steel pipe factory.According to the problems in the actual production,all aspects of the analysis are studied.In 2008,a seamless steel pipe plant after the accident occurred,the piercing machine main drive system on the device produced a higher frequency of problems,mainly in the key device in the flat keyway fracture,which is affecting the stable operation of the main drive system The main factor.First of all,according to the structure of the centering device in the main drive system of the piercing machine,the establishment of the model is carried out by using the Solidworks software of three-dimensional software.The corresponding mechanical parameters are obtained through consulting relevant materials and calculations.Then use the ANSYS software for its corresponding static analysis and modal analysis to find out the key issues.Based on the above analysis results and existing theories,the corresponding improvement programs are proposed,and the improved solutions are compared and the best solutions are selected.Finally,the optimization of the program for static analysis and modal analysis,and compared with the previous improvement,indicating the improvement of the rationality and effectiveness of the improvement.The research of this subject not only plays an important guiding role in the application of piercing machine in practical production,but also improves the current practical problems effectively and realizes the smooth operation of equipment andimproves the production efficiency.
