Pelletizing machine pellet production is the key equipment,its reliability and stability and pellet production are closely related.At present,the design and manufacture of domestic disc pelletizing machines are mainly derived from surveying and redesigning the foreign products,and fail to grasp the systematic design theory and design method.Based on the overall finite element model of the equipment,this dissertation takes 6m disk pelletizing machine as the whole research object.Based on the calculation,the statics analysis and the optimization design,the strength and stiffness of the whole equipment are statically analyzed.The modal analysis was carried out.Based on the analysis,the main reasons for the increase of equipment weight and vibration were found,and the optimization design was carried out according to the analysis results so as to reduce the weight and vibration of the equipment.In this paper,ANSYS and solidworks as a platform for the overall modeling of the equipment,through the principle of grid convergence grid size to choose,in the ANSYS-workbench ball pellet machine to obtain the overall finite element analysis model;,The working angle of the ball making machine and other factors,the load of the ball making machine is analyzed and calculated,and the maximum load of 6m disk pelletizing machine under the worst working condition is obtained.On this basis,the whole ball making machine is statically analyzed,Through the analysis of the stress,strain and displacement,find the reasons for the greater redundancy of equipment strength;Based on the analysis of modal analysis and harmonic response,the inherent characteristics of the disc pelletizing machine and the working vibration Based on the statics analysis,the optimal design of the frame is taken as the main optimization object,and the lightest design dimension that meets the requirement of strength and stiffness is obtained and verified.Through the calculation and analysis of this paper,the calculation method of the maximum load of 6m disk pelletizing machine is obtained,which provides theoretical support for the actual design.Through the statics analysis,the overall design redundancy of disk pelletizing machine Distribution of the situation.The analysis shows that the main reason for the increase of equipment weight is the large redundancy of the frame design of the pelletizing machine.Through the analysis of the modal analysis of harmonic response,the overall vibration of the pelletizing machine is grasped.The analysis results basically exclude the equipment structure The main reason for the vibration of equipment work;to reduce the weight of the rackas the goal,through the optimization design and static strength analysis check and modal analysis,the design parameters to meet the use of the main components of the rack,for the rack base The design provides theoretical support,reducing the overall weight of the device 1247 kg.The research results of this paper provide systematic theoretical knowledge for the design and manufacture of 6m disc pelletizing machine,effectively reduce the weight and manufacturing cost of the equipment,improve the stability of the equipment,design and development of the disc pelletizing machine,Manufacturing and use have important practical significance.
