Organic silicone material is widely used in industrial and agricultural production and national defense and other high-tech fields,it has many excellent properties is incomparable to other materials.With the rapid development of modern industry and the arrival of a new round of revolution of science and technology,more urgent demand for high-performance materials,organic silicon materials with good weather resistance,lubricity is more and more attention,it has to be one of the rapid development of materials in chemical industry new materials.Development has better application prospects of organic silicon products is of great significance for the benign development of the whole industry.Carbon fiber is a kind of high performance materials applied for national defense and civil products development,whether to master the material preparation technology directly affect a country’s high-tech development,After heat treatment is needed in the carbon fiber production process,with the complex exothermic reaction,easy to cause adhesion between fiber bundles,produce wool yarn and broken wires,seriously affect the quality of carbon fiber.To solve these problems,industry generally used good lubricity and thermal stability of organic silicone oil agent of fiber bundle fiber.But during the using of high silicone series of oil agent,it is easy to form a trace amount of SiC,SiOx and other silicides,As a result of high silicone oil is easy to form micro silicon compounds,Looking for some low silicone oil is the primary problem to solve the problem.In order to develop low silicon type of agents,in this paper the main work was carried out by three factors:(1)Designed from high hydrogen silicone oil,prepared the low hydrogen silicone oil of different hydrogen content.Using low hydrogen silicone oil and trimethylol propane dioctanoate ester preparation of trimethylol propane dioctanoate ester modified silicone oil,with AEM-7 of containing C = C through the classic silicon hydrogen addition method preparation of trimethylol propane dioctanoate ester/polyether co-modified silicone oil.In the reaction process,we are in catalyst dosage,activation temperature,activation time,reaction temperature,reaction time,solvent dosage,and other conditions are optimized to explore,obtained the best synthesis process route.(2)With trimethylol propane dioctanoate ester/polyether co-modified silicone oil as the main component,in additives such as emulsifier,through to the components of comprehensive regulation,get the physical and chemical properties of stability,milky blue uniform oil emulsion,laid a foundation for the next step in the preparation of carbon fiber.(3)Starting from the trimethylol propane dioctanoate ester modified silicone oil,reaction with epoxy compound of containing C = C,get the trimethylol propane dioctanoate ester/epoxy co-modified silicone oil.In the reaction process,through optimizing the experiment,finally obtained the best synthesis process route.The material in addition to the low silicon carbon fiber oil agent,still can use its own containing long chain ester and siloxane hydrophobic effect,in the organic super hydrophobic materials applied field of oil/water separation membrane. |
