| The massive accumulation of coal gangue and construction waste has caused serious pollution to the environment,which has become an obstacle in China’s green development path.To solve this problem,the solid waste can be combined with raw soil to prepare the reclaimed concrete building materials and apply it to the infrastructure construction in poor areas.In this paper,the effect of three kinds of coal gangue powder,recycled coal gangue aggregate and recycled concrete aggregate on the properties of soil substrate was studied through the test of compressive strength.Under the condition of normal temperature,the compressive strength was prepared by alkali excitation to meet the C25 grade and C20 grade biomass-coal gangue regeneration concrete.It provides the way and thought for the diversification of solid waste.The main research results are as follows:(1)In this paper,the relationship between the strength and the concentration of alkaline activator was studied,and the reasonable concentration of alkaline activator was determined.(2)The effects of three kinds of coal gangue powder on the strength of soil-based cementitious materials were studied.The experimental results show that: under the condition of room temperature curing,modulus sodium silicate for 1.5 it is difficult to inspire ordinary coal gangue and the activity of spontaneous combustion gangue,mixed with the two kinds of coal gangue powder can reduce the compressive strength of raw soil base material.Calcining gangue has a high activity,and incorporation of calcined coal gangue has greatly increased the compressive strength of raw soil based cementitious materials.(3)to study the three kinds of coal gangue powder of raw soil base gelling materials the influence of dry-wet circulation resistance,the results show that the common coal gangue and spontaneous combustion of coal gangue mixed with raw soil base gelling material makes the dry-wet circulation resistance material has fallen dramatically.The calcining gangue plays an important role in improving the anti-dry and wet cycling performance of soil-based cementing materials.(4)through orthogonal experiment,the optimal mix ratio of raw soil-coalgangue-based cementing materials was obtained.The compressive strength of the soil-coal gangue is 26.87 MPa and the anti-dry and wet cycling coefficient is 0.91.By electron microscope scanning test to observe the undisturbed soil,slag modified soil,generates-gangue base material’s microstructure,the results show that compared with the undisturbed soil,slag modified soil,raw soil-gangue base material microstructure homogeneous structure compact,low porosity.(5)the effects of aggregate content,type of aggregate and particle size on the compressive strength of raw soil and gangue concrete were studied.The results show that the higher the aggregate particle size,the higher the strength of the soil-coal gangue concrete.The compressive strength reached C25 grade,C20 grade of biomass-coal gangue regeneration concrete. |
