Coal gangue is a rock with dry ash content >50% generated during coal mine construction, coal mining and coal mining and coal washing.Due to the increasing mining volume of coal mines in recent years, coal gangue has gradually become the largest solid waste in China.A large amount of coal gangue is piled up,and the damage to the atmosphere, water and soil can not be ignored while encroaching on farmland and land, which will eventually lead to serious problems in human health. How to use coal gangue, and it is very important to solve the environmental problems caused by coal gangue accumulation efficiently. At the same time, people's requirements for the comfort of building interiors are getting higher and higher with the rapid development of urbanization in China. As the energy consumption of buildings shows an increasing trend, how to achieve energy conservation in buildings has become a major concern of the society.Among them, the low energy consumption design of the rural residential housing structure in the north is of great significance to the development of this area and even the entire green rural housing construction.Based on the above problems, the research group proposed a new type of thermal insulation concrete-coal gangue insulation concrete. This kind of concrete uses coal gangue instead of ordinary stone as coarse aggregate and adds a certain proportion of vitrified beads to make it possible to save building materials and reduce the cost. The main work of this paper is as follows:(1)A series of coal gangue insulation concrete heat conducting plates were prepared by using the substitution rate of coal gangue and water-cement ratio as variables, and the thermal conductivity was tested. The following four factors are studied to influence the thermal conductivity of coal gangue insulation concrete: namely, coal gangue substitution rate, apparent density,water-cement ratio and water content. The test results show that the thermal conductivity decreases with the increase of coal gangue content and the increase of water-cement ratio, showing a linear negative correlation, and the thermal conductivity can be reduced to0.497W/(m·K)at the lowest; The increase in apparent density and water content increases the thermal conductivity and exhibits a linear positive correlation.(2)The climatic characteristics of the northern region were analyzed, and the requirements for the thermal insulation performance of the building in the area were obtained. An ordinary reinforced concrete rural housing model in the northern region was established as the initial model, and the energy consumption simulation was carried out by using DeST-h software.(3)The model of building energy consumption simulation software Dest-h was used to simulate the model of coal gangue insulation reinforced concrete in rural northern China. The coal gangue insulation concrete was used as the building envelope structure by comparing the energy consumption simulation results of the initial model. Can achieve energy saving effect.(4)The ANSYS software was used to simulate the heat transfer process of internal thermal insulation, external thermal insulation and coal gangue thermal insulation wall, and the conclusion that coal gangue thermal insulation concrete has good thermal conductivity is obtained. The reliability and construction safety of coal gangue thermal insulation concrete and The ecological and economic aspects were elaborated, and the conclusions were that the reliability was strong, the construction was safe and convenient, the economy was strong, and the environment was green.
