| Mine water is water flowing into the mining space in the process of coal mining.Discharge of mine water will not only bring negative effects to the environment,at the same time can also cause a large amount of waste water.Most of the mine water after dealing with the simple technology,to achieve industrial production water or drinking water quality requirements.The utilization of mine water is best choice to solve the shortage of water in mining area.This paper is to mine water of Fuxin Haizhou waterworks as research object,the mine water treatment after reaching standard supply Fuxin power plant cooling circulating water.Through field investigation,data collection,continuous sampling test and analysis,get the Haizhou mine water quality characteristics of raw water and the changes,according to the situation of raw water quality and water power plant water quality requirements,design the introduction of new type fiber filter and coagulation precipitation equipment,design form a new set of mine water treatment system,new system determined by coagulation experiments of coagulant dosing.Continuous running new system,compare the old and the new technology of water quality and cost.By comparison: the new technology of mine water turbidity removal rate is higher,achieve 99%.the recoil wash-infection water consumption reduced 89%,Covers an area of reduce to 82% of the original process equipment,and improve the degree of automation,the average cost per ton water treatment reduced to 50% of the original process. |
