Broach is a specialized application cutting tool for broaching process,and it is widely used in machining,due to its high efficiency and high precision machining characteristics.However,the broaching performance is still the key to the broaching quality and the broach service life under low speed and heavy load.Therefore,how to apply new technique to the traditional broaching manufacturing field,effectively reduce broach load and wear,improve broaching performance and prolong tool life,has a very important significance for the broaching manufacturing field.In order to reduce the wear degree of broach surface and improve the borach service life,bionics and surface texturing technology are applied to broach surface,based on reasonable bionic design of surface texture could improving the interface tribological and wear properties.First,based on the mechanism of the cutting process,the bionic shape is found form bionic,and it is reasonable application to the broach surface.Then,a model of fluid dynamics and dynamic cutting model is established,the stress distribution characteristics and flow characteristics of broach lubricating oil is analyzed to get the optimal bionic texture shape.Finally,the laser processing technology is uesd to prepare the bionic texture broach,and broaching load experiment,surface roughness and tool observation experiment and cutting indentation experiments is carried out,to verify the design rationality of the textured broach.This article is divided into five chaptersThe first chapter is exordium.First,the context of this project is introduced.And then,the research current situation of cutting tool optimization design,bionic surface texture technology and texture cutting tool preparation technology is introduced.Finally,the main research contents is summarized.The second chapter is the application principle of bionic micro texture.First,the part of nature biological and non biological surface resistance reduction the lapping shape is analyzed,and its antifriction mechanism is explained.Then,the broaching mechanism is analyzed,and three suitable for broach surface texture shape is selected.Finally,the optimal bionic texture shape is obtained though the finite element analysis,fluid dynamics simulation and broaching dynamic separation simulation.And themicro texture action mechanism is analyzed though the view of stress distribution and dynamic pressure lubrication.The third chapter is the preparation of micro texture cutting tools.First,the laser processing equipment and indentation experiment is carried out in the broach flank.Then,the influence of laser processing parameters on the surface texture broach shape is studied to obtain the optimal processing parameters.Finally,laser processing technology is used to prepare surface texture on the broach flank,and the high times fast camera and talystep is used to analyze and observe the surface morphology and residual energy of micro texture.The fourth chapter is broaching experiment.First,the broaching experiment scheme,experimental purpose,experimental platform,geometric parameters and broach broaching experimental conditions are introduced in detail.Then,based on the research objective of broaching experiment,the LG612Ya-800 type broaching machine is improved.The PTH503 universal pressure sensor is used to measure the inner pressure,the acceleration sensor is used for broaching acceleration measure and the fast camera is used for textured broach and workpiece micro-morphology sample.The effect of the texture cutter on the broaching performance is verified by broaching load and wear.The fifth chapter is the summary and expectation.This chapter reviews the research work in this paper,summarizes the guiding significance of this study on texture tool design,and prospects the application of surface texture and bionics in other manufacturing fields.
