| With the development of science and technology,the use of resources will be more rationalized and refined.The flux-cored welding wire is a product that came into being in this environment.Its advantages are high welding efficiency and relatively simple welding process.However,at present,the main problem of the flux-cored welding wire production technology is the low yield,resulting in a large number of defective products,causing a great waste of raw materials.This dissertation combines the production methods of traditional flux-cored welding wire and analyzes its production process.With reference to its traditional production methods,it is used in the production of the flux-cored aluminum welding wire,and research and simulation research on the roller of the flux-core aluminum welding wire forming machine is carried out.And I conduct research on the guide device to reduce the defective rate of the flux-cored aluminum welding wire.This dissertation is to understand the development status of domestic and foreign flux-cored wire and the flux-cored aluminum wire,and to summarize the relevant experience,so as to lay a foundation for the research of the flux-cored aluminum welding wire.Through the research of flux-cored welding wire processing technology,the production method of steel flux-cored wire will be introduced into the production of aluminum flux cored wire,and the rolling theory used in the production process will be analyzed and studied.Roll design and simulation Forming machine will work to pave the way.At the same time,the key technology of the flux-cored aluminum welding wire forming machine will be described,and the key technology of U-shaped rolling will be selected for research.Using the traditional hole design method,the cross section of the flux-core aluminum welding wire will be calculated.Based on this,we will design the hole type required for the production of flux-cored aluminum welding wire.Using analytic geometry and Matlab calculations,the detailed position of the hole-neutral line will be obtained,in which Matlab will be used to analyze and calculate part of the complex hole shape,and it will be equipped with a roller.Using the advantages of ABAQUS/Explicit in solving explicit dynamics,the above roller is going to be modeled in 3D with SolidWorks,then import into ABAQUS for explicit dynamics simulation analysis,and a suitable aluminum strip forward speed will be obtained.The experimental study of the roll will compare the yield and defective rate of the aluminum core welded ring with the improved and pre-improved filament-forming machine.For the aluminum strip rolling process,it may deviate from the established orbital schedule and bring harm to the rolling process.Research and design a set of guiding devices.Analysis of the guiding device for the roll inlet and outlet of each orifice. |
