| With the development of the flooring industry,the traditional flooring style can not meet the increasing aesthetic requirements of people.Curved flooring as a new style of flooring has been loved by many consumers.In the floor production,the opening tenon machine is the key processing equipment in the floor processing process.With the increase of the floor demand,the floor tenon machine has also developed greatly.There are more and more longitudinal tenons for the conventional floor,but the number of longitudinal tenons for curved floors is relatively small,and the machining accuracy is lower even if there is one.In order to solve this problem,we need to design a high degree of numerical control and high machining precision curve floor longitudinal numerical control tenon machine.In this paper,the structure and function of conventional floor longitudinal tenon processing equipment at home and abroad are compared and analyzed.Combined with the requirements of curve floor production and processing,the machining technology and motion mode of curve floor longitudinal CNC tenon machine are determined.On this basis,the main technical parameters and the overall layout of the curved floor longitudinal numerical control tenon machine are determined and the left and right main cutting systems,longitudinal guide rail support assemblies,positioning compaction assemblies,and material assembly components are reasonably combined.Complete the overall design of the machine.Combined with the machining process of the overall structure of the curved floor longitudinal numerical control tenon opener,the structure scheme of the equipment is determined,and the structural design of the left and right main cutting systems is completed,including the design of the rough milling slot assembly,the precision milling slot assembly,and the polishing assembly.There are also structural designs of major components such as longitudinal guide rail support assembly,positioning compression assembly,and material assembly,and related functional analysis,as well as research on cutting theory,to complete the structural design of each assembly.Design the control system of the curve floor longitudinal CNC tenon machine,draw up the electrical schematic diagram,select the hardware and design and develop the touch screen software,and take the control of the curve floor longitudinal rough milling and tenon process as an example.The rationality of the control system is verified.This paper has developed the curve floor longitudinal numerical control tenon machine and control system,which meets the requirements of the curved floor manufacturer,and provides a new idea and basis for the innovative design of the curve floor longitudinal numerical control tenon machine in China. |
