Research On The Deficiency Of Environmental Pollution Control Measures In Yuanzhu Town And Countermeasures On The Deficiencies

The issue of rural environmental pollution has always been a major livelihood issue that restricts the development of rural economy and the improvement of villagers’ living environment.The rural environmental pollution has destroyed the agricultural production,deteriorated the villagers’ living environment and threatened the rural ecological resources as well as led a series of problems,therefore the villagers’ satisfaction on their daily life and happiness have greatly reduced.At the same time,it also affects the process of Beautiful Rural Construction.Thus the governance of rural environmental pollution is pressing.And it needs us to strive no efforts to solve this problem in a systematic way.The grassroots-level governments should make their own contribution and play a leading role in comprehensively rectifying the current situation of rural environmental pollution.Yuanzhu Town should address the current situation of rural environmental pollution with an active attitude through combining with the past experience accumulated in the political process and drawing lessons from the past remediation process.To achieve this goal,we should enhance the guidance role of improving environmental reservation in the process of formulating policies in a more scientific and practical way,improve the environmental management capacity of self-governing organizations in villages and villagers,and guide villagers to participate effectively in the governance of rural environmental pollution.In addition,we also need to explore the function of market mechanism in the rural environmental pollution control resource allocation in terms of the investment,construction,management,and maintenance of infrastructure facilities for environmental protection.This paper takes the rural environmental pollution in Yuanzhu town as an example,summarizes the present situation of rural environmental pollution in Yuanzhu town andthe governance measures which were set forward by the Yuanzhu town government to solve the rural environmental pollution problems,analyzes the deficiencies in the past governance solutions and the causes of the them.Hence,we creatively put forward a series of more complete control solutions of rural environmental pollution in Yuanzhu town on this basis.At the same time,we try to take the governance of rural environmental pollution in Yuanzhu town as a starting point,and form a rural environmental pollution control system with a broader scope of application so as to provide solutions for the rural environmental pollution control in areas similar to Yuanzhu town.
