The System Integration Of Monitoring And Control Catalyst Preparation

Catalyst is applied widely and takes an irreplaceable role in chemical industry?scientific experience and life activities.Due to the different classification standard,the preparation of the catalyst is distinct.The qualification is significant for both the condition monitoring and the personal security,during the processing of catalyst preparation.This paper presents a system of monitoring and control the catalyst preparation based on the current situation and requirements of the monitoring,which consists of temperature controller?NI Compact RIO(NI cRIO)and the software,realizes choosing the gas and flow during the processing and monitoring the crucial parameters like the temperature of the electric resistance furnace.In addition,this system has the function of analyzing the multiposition relay?the temperature controller and the program flow.Based on the overall design of the monitoring and control system of catalyst preparation,making the requirements analysis.In order to complete the integration of system,adaptive devices have been selected according to respective parameters characteristics.The system could be separated into eight parts as followed:user registration?data acquisition?flow operation?monitoring display?data storage?data query?fault alarm and report display.The user registration limits classification management based on user's right;data can be acquired on the basis of communicating protocol,such as TCP/IP and AI_BUS;the procedure can be set during the flow operation based the practical condition,thus the system can follow the operation steps according to the time stream or temperature stream.The key point of monitoring display is the interface design;Data could be storaged into database and TDMS;the part of data query realizes the function of inquiry of historical data information,and data curves can be drawn with temperature as abscissa and gas flow as ordinate.In the part of fault alarm,the system can give an alarm information and preserve it.Once the information was saved,it can be inquiry.The Excel has been used to display the form for reporting.After the debugging of the monitor system,it is desirable in effect,reliable in operation,friendly in interface,thus,fulfilling the anticipated requirements.
