Research On Environmental Performance Evaluation System Of Industrial Enterprises In Jiangxi Province

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed very rapidly.At the same time,the problems of haze,waste gas and environmental pollution have been exposed.There is an irreconcilable contradiction between the irrational economic industrial structure and the protection of the ecological environment.In order to solve the extensive growth of economic growth,it is necessary to have innovative thinking and promote environmental protection work,not only to solve the problem of environmental protection,but not only to help solve the problem of environmental protection.China’s increasingly prominent environmental problems are also conducive to the development of the economy.For Jiangxi Province,the energy utilization,the treatment of three wastes,the ecological environment and the economic development also need to be adjusted.As a powerful measure to promote the environmental protection work,the performance evaluation and evaluation method is quick and simple,which helps to promote the development of the economy and the establishment of the ecological environment city.This paper uses the data envelopment(DEA)evaluation model to evaluate and analyze the energy saving and emission reduction efficiency of 11 cities in Jiangxi province.It mainly analyzes and discusses the corresponding functions of energy saving and emission reduction work of each prefecture level city in the sample provinces,and determines the level city which needs to improve the efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction through the mutual comparison between different cities and cities.The aim is to further optimize the "three wastes" in Jiangxi province through this result.And other pollutants handling capacity,reduce emissions,improve resource utilization,and achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction.In the full text analysis process,this paper only evaluates the efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction in local cities,and does not analyze the factors that affect the efficiency of energy saving and emission reduction,so there is no specific adjustment measures.This part will be further discussed in the future research.Based on the data of 7297 industrial enterprises in Jiangxi Province in 2016,the data of energy consumption of industrial enterprises in Jiangxi province were analyzed.The situation of waste water,waste gas and industrial solid industry "three wastes" were discussed,and environmental pollution emission and investment were discussed.According to scientific principle,systematization principle,quantifiable principle,universal comparability principle and guidance.The five main principles of nature,constructed the environmental performance assessment and evaluation system of industrial enterprises in Jiangxi Province,selected six major categories including 16 indexes and selected the BCC model as the basic analysis model.The results show that the environmental protection and energy saving workers in the 11 prefecture level cities in Jiangxi province are doing well as a whole,but the development and management ability of each level and city are not balanced,especially There is still a gap in environmental performance.Finally,from two aspects of government level and enterprise level,this paper puts forward feasible suggestions for the development of environmental protection in Jiangxi industrial enterprises.
