In recent years the rapid development of our country economy lead to power load increases year by year,the output of multiplying at the same time is the enhanced greenhouse effect and the deterioration of ecological environment,the power industry is of great significance to energy conservation and emissions reduction.The power trading mechanism of power generation is to optimize the allocation of contract quantity and realize economic benefit and energy conservation and environmental protection.But the existing power generation right trading is mainly for low cost of output,low energy consumption of the unit for more power,can partly improve the efficiency of the society,to reduce pollution emissions,but also has the very big disparity with set targets.In addition to improving the social benefit and reducing the loss of the network,the load margin of power generation trade will affect the safe operation of the system if it is small.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out power generation trade to realize low carbon emission reduction and security stability of power system through market regulation mechanism.Theory on the basis of the existing power generation right transaction,established aiming at carbon dioxide emissions and load margin of multi-objective optimization model,introducing the system normal operation of tide and trend of voltage limit point constraints,through the NBI method converts the double goals to single optimization index,using interior-point method solving the pareto optimal solutions,and NBI method was deduced under the load margin and the expression of the substitution degree of relationship between carbon dioxide emissions,provides the judgment basis for the decision makers.In Matlab software,the IEEE-30 and IEEE-118 node standard examples are simulated,and the results show that the optimization model of power generation transaction established in this project can achieve the expected target and has practical application value.
