With the rapid development of urbanization,sand and stone resources are increasingly scarce.The pace of modernization cannot be slowed down.It is urgent to find other aggregates to meet the needs of construction.Plastic waste seriously endangers the natural environment and human health.At present,scholars at home and abroad are studying a new building material recycled plastic concrete,which can break the waste plastic into fibers,powder or particles to replace the aggregate in concrete.It can not only alleviate the problem caused by lack of resources,but also reduce plastic pollution and purify the environment.Through the research of scholars at home and abroad,it is found that the addition of recycled plastic will affect the mechanical properties of concrete.In order to smoothly promote the scheme,it is necessary to find a method to ensure the performance of recycled plastic concrete.In this thesis,polyvinyl chloride(PVC),which is widely used in recent years,was chosen as the research object.Chemical regeneration of recycled PVC particles was carried out by solution.Three different carriers were added to ordinary concrete,mortar and foam concrete wall panels.The amount of recycled PVC particles and water cement ratio were used as variables to compare and analyze the performances of different carriers before and after modification.This thesis provides an effective modification scheme,analyzes the mechanism of the scheme from the mechanical properties and micro perspective,optimizes the mix proportion of Recycled PVC concrete,and finally develops a new type of fabricated wallboard and studies the seismic performance of the wallboard.The main research contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The Recycled PVC particles with different contents were added into ordinary concrete to replace part of natural river sand.In addition,silane coupling agent solution and hypochlorite solution were used to modify the Recycled PVC particles,the results show that: with the increase of Recycled PVC particle content,the compressive strength of concrete first increases and then decreases,and the optimal water binder ratio of Recycled PVC concrete is 0.4;the modification effect of silane coupling agent is better than that of hypochlorite,and the strength improvement rate of modified Recycled PVC concrete increases with the increase of Recycled PVC particle content;(2)The Recycled PVC particles before and after modified by silane coupling agent were used to replace part of natural river sand in ordinary mortar.The flexural strength and compressive strength of the specimens at different ages were tested,and the interface between Recycled PVC particles and cementitious materials was analyzed,the following conclusions are obtained: the addition of Recycled PVC particles has little effect on the flexural strength of the composite mortar,but has a great influence on the compressive strength.With the increase of the amount of Recycled PVC particles,the mechanical properties of the mortar first increase and then decrease,and the effect of silane coupling agent on the compressive strength of the mortar is significant;(3)Developed a new type of wallboard structure to prepare assembled lightweight steel regenerated PVC foam concrete wallboard,and use servo actuators to carry out low cycle reciprocating test with displacement control loading.The failure modes,hysteresis curves,skeleton curves,stiffness degradation curves and energy dissipation capacity of the wall panels are analyzed.The final data show that the fabricated lightweight steel regenerated PVC foam concrete wall panels have the advantages of light weight,sound insulation and good insulation performance,and also possess certain seismic and energy dissipation capabilities.This is a good choice for the fabricated partition panels at this stage.
