This thesis is mainly focused on the synthesis of thioether compounds with Bunte Salt as a new sulfur reagent which is readily available without any smell.Thioether compounds are widely found in new drugs,natural products and science materials.much attention has been paid to the synthesis of thioether compounds,which display biological,pharmacological and photoelectric applications.The main contents of this thesis is consist of the following two parts:The first part(the second chapter),a highly efficient TBAI(tetra-n-butylammonium iodide)triggered procedure for 3-sulfenylation of indoles with Bunte Salts is demonstrated.This protocol provides a simple strategy to prepare 3-alkylthioindoles and 3-arylthioindoles from the corresponding indoles under metal-free and oxidant-free conditions.The odorless and stable solid Bunte Salt was used as a convenient and environmentally friendly source of sulfur.Indole thioethers can be used as breast cancer and HIV inhibitors.In the second part(the third chapter),a highly efficient TB AI triggered procedure for sulfenylation of enamineketones and imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines with Bunte Salts are demonstrated.This protocol provides a simple strategy for the efficient synthesis of sulfenylated enamineketones and sulfenylated imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines under transition metal-free conditions.A wide range of sulfenylated enamineketones and sulfenylated imidazo[1,2-a]pyridines could be tolerated in this system under transition metal-free conditions.
