Electrodeposition is an important method to prepare thin film electrode materials.It has the advantages of high controllability,low cost and mild growth conditions.At present,electrodeposition can not only deposit a single metal,but also deposit growth alloys,metal oxides and a variety of nanoscale polymer materials.Therefore,it is widely used in the field of sensing,new energy and energy storage.A large number of studies have shown that the performance of single active materials is often unable to meet the requirements of device performance;and there is an effective way to solve this problem by stratification of various active substances on the electrode surface.However,the electrodeposition instrument widely used in the laboratory is generally suitable for single active material growth,In the stratified growth of a variety of materials,because the growth process involves multistep and a variety of reaction solutions,it is not only complicated and difficult,but also has low experimental efficiency,high system error,the precision of material growth can not be guaranteed,and the material performance is seriously affected.In order to solve the above problems,this paper designed and assembled a kind of instrument,that is,automatic layer growth electrodeposition instrument,which can realize full automatic stratified multi step electrodeposition on the surface of the collector.The deposition apparatus is essentially an additional unit of the electrochemical workstation,which can be connected with any chemical workstation to complete the operation of the deposition experiment.The automatic layer growth electrodeposition apparatus uses electrochemical workstation as a potential driving unit for electrodeposition growth,and connects it with a rotating disk growth liquid control unit controlled by a stepper motor.It can realize the accurate and full automatic growth of Electrodeposited growth through the pre distribution of various growth liquid.On the system control,select STC89C51 microcontroller as central control unit and connect the independent key input terminal and LCD1602 LCD screen as the display output terminal.Through the compilation and optimization of the test and control software,a variety of intelligent growth modes are finally realized,and the technological parameters of the rotating and electrodeposition growth of the machine are accurately controlled.The deposition meter chooses the step motor to control the vertical drawing module of the wire rod to complete the time control of the growth.The size of the growth area is realized by the stepper motor controlling the vertical drawing height.At the same time,with the help of the stepping motor and the control system,the growth process can be simplified greatly,the error of the experiment is reduced,and the precision and automation of the growth process can be realized.The test results on the safety performance of the electrodeposition instrument show that the instrument has good operating stability and safety,and its accuracy is fully in line with the process requirements of layer growth electrodeposition.By using the developed automatic layer growth electrodeposition apparatus,the nickel based Zinc Oxide / cobalt oxide nano graded materials have been grown.The results show that the material has good electrochemical energy storage characteristics as the electrode of supercapacitor.It can be seen that the automatic layer growth electrodeposition instrument,compared with the traditional electrodeposition instrument,is not only simple in operation,intelligent in growth mode,but also with small error in system.It makes it possible to electrodeposit high performance electrode materials with automatic multistep layer.The instrument has great potential in both experimental and industrial fields.
