Although the existing polyurethane resin production management system has been developed over many years and the basic hardware and software construction of the system has been basically completed,there are still some problems such as the inability to accurately control product quality,the production process can not be traced back,and information islands are commonly seen.Moreover,the production system and management system each perform their own different functions and lack effective linkages.The polyurethane resin reactor production system adopts a PLC monitoring system.It collects information generated during the production process and monitors the production process.But this management system is only the means of office automation in the management department and it does not meet the modern production management mode of the enterprise.The Management and Control Integration technology utilizes computers,databases,and networks to establish a unified database for each polyurethane resin reactor in order to makes the enterprise management system and the monitoring system exchange real-time data.By providing data support for company's senior management personnel to make production management decisions,thereby improving the company's production efficiency.For each PLC control system in the enterprise,the polyurethane resin reactor management and control integration system adopts industrial Ethernet technology to form a completed production system monitoring network,including the on-site PLC control system,Kingview configuration software,Server components to complete the control of field equipment,data acquisition,fault alarms and data archiving.This system design mainly includes three parts:electrical control system design,host computer configuration design,data management and production center.The design concept and method are specifically described.The polyurethane resin reaction vessel management and control integration system designed in this dissertation realizes real-time monitoring and production management functions,realizes the true sense of plant-level data sharing,completely transparent the production process,greatly improves the production quality,and increases the Economic benefits.
