The technology of NC Electrochemical Machining not only has the flexibility of NC machining,but also has the advantage of electrochemical machining.It makes the corresponding multi axis linkage with simple shape tool cathode or near formed tool cathode,and can process complex surface and cavity components.In order to solve the problem of machining complex integral components,the numerical control ECM technology is of great significance.Based on the SIEMENS 840 D CNC system,the control system for five axis CNC machining machine is designed.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)By analyzing the machining process of complex integral components,the machining process is determined,and the control requirements for the control system are formulated.The control scheme is formulated,and the design process of the control system is planned according to the control plan.(2)According to the control scheme of the machine tool,the hardware configuration and control circuit design of the control system are designed,including the adaptive control of the electrolyte pressure and the design of the module of the constant temperature control of the electrolyte.(3)Based on the completion of the hardware circuit design,the software of the control system is programmed,mainly for the PLC program design in the control system,the simulation and verification of the PID adaptive control of the electrolyte pressure,and the two development of the NC system interface according to the requirements of the electrochemical machining process.(4)After the design of the hardware and software of the control system,the parameters of the SIEMENS 840 D CNC system are set up,the machine control system is debugged and the failure is eliminated.This control system can realize five axis linkage,machining mode switching,processing parameter monitoring and other functions.It has the advantages of stable and reliable operation,good flexibility,and so on,which is of great significance for solving complex complex components processing problems.
