Along with the increasingly miniaturization of each kind of mechanical product , the application of the micro integral components becomes more and more widespread, the new challenge is proposed for the machine manufacture technology based on the microminiaturized development. Numerical Controlled Electrochemical Machining (NC-ECM) is a new kind of manufacturing technology which principle is based on the combination of Electrochemical Machining (ECM) and Numerical Control techniques. It not only has the advantage of traditional ECM, but also has the advantages of Numerical Controlled Machining (NCM). Through many year's research and a lot of experiments, some important progresses on machining integral impeller's blade profile have been acquired, take notch machining of the minitype integral turbine as a representative, the experimental study to the NC-ECM of the micro integral components is made.Firstly, the development situation of micro integral components is introduced in this thesis, then the modern machining methods of micro integral components are introduced in classification, through comparing these methods with each other, the status of NC-ECM is affirmed in machining the integral components.In this thesis, the entity modeling of this kind of integral impeller is completed by Pro/E software which has strong function in surface modeling. Then, the feature of geometry structure and processing difficulties are analyzed. Based on this, the reasonable processing craft plan was designed and the numerical control processing program was written.In view of the NC-ECM of the micro integral components, the designing of cathode makes into the new technical difficulties; it also is the foundation technology which must be solved. The cathode in this topic research has made the greater degree improvement, the main research work includes: the light-sized scope designing of processing bottom surface, the exterior structural designing of cathode, the reasonable layout of the electrolyte channel and how to obtain symmetrical flow field and so on.The appropriate processing parameters are selected by experiments and the results are deeply analyzed. The results show that the cathode which was designed is appropriate and feasible to the machining of micro integral components. However, It also need us to solve problem which regarding the technological experiments through analyzing causation and modifying scheme. Finally the small integral impeller which the diameter is 80mm has been processed.
