The backboard waterproof of electronic products such as mobile phones and tablet computers is one of the problems that people are more concerned about,fluorinated polyacrylate is a commonly used functional hydrophobic material,but it has shortcomings such as insufficient hardness,insufficient water resistance,poor solvent resistance and so on.Polyurethane has good solvent resistance,therefore,fluorinated polyacrylate can be modified by polyurethane,adding nanoparticles to fluorinated polyacrylate can give some new properties to the materials.UV curing technology has its unique advantages in saving energy and environmental protection,that can reduce the use of solvents,and it can make the photoactive resin solidify quickly.Based on this,this article first uses polyurethane modified fluorinated polyacrylate,and then add nano-particles,by heating the baking way to make nano-hybrid polyurethane modified fluorinated polyacrylate,then the nano hybrid light curing coating was prepared by mixing the oligomer,active diluent monomer,photoinitiator and nanoparticle by UV curing.The contents of the study are as follows:(1)The double bond blocked polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by reaction of six methylene diisocyanate(HDI),polytetramethylene ether glycol1000(PTMG-1000)andhydroxypropylacrylate(HPAA),azobisisobutyronitrile(AIBN)wasusedasinitiatortoprepare polyurethane-modified fluorinated polyacrylate(PUFA)through reaction of dodecafluoroheptyl methacrylate(R_fAA)and polyurethane prepolymer with double bond end(PUA)by solution polymerization.The Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)was used to characterize the main component of PUFA and explored the effect of the content of fluorinated monomer and initiator on the performance of synthetic resin.Then,nanoscale titanium dioxide was added to PUFA,nano-hybrid polyurethane modified fluorinated polyacrylate(NA-PUFA)was prepared by baking method.The effects of the amount of nano-titanium dioxide and the baking temperature on the coating properties were investigated.The optimum process was found to be nano-titanium dioxide 20%,fluorine monomer content of 8%,catalyst content of 0.9%,baking temperature of130?,in this process,the coating hardness up to 3H,static contact angle up to115°,the SEM observation found that the table Nano-particles exist on the surface and the surface is rough and uneven by AFM observation.(2)After photo-curable polyurethane(PUA),1,6-hexanediol diacrylate(HDDA),pentaerythritol triacrylate(PETA),hexafluorobutyl methacrylate(G02)and the photoinitiator A were uniformly mixed and irradiated under ultraviolet light,UV-cured fluorine-containing polyurethane coating was prepared.The structure of the coating was characterized by FT-IR,and explored the effect of the amount of each substance added on the performance of the coating.A nano-hybrid photocurable fluoropolyurethane coating was prepared by adding a modified nano-silica sol to an uncured fluorinated polyurethane solution,and the influence of the amount of nanoparticles added on the performance of the coating was investigated,the best technology for the PUA accounted for 40%,HDDA:PETA=3:2,the photoinitiator A accounted for 5%,adding 6%nano silica sol and in this process,the hardness of the coating reacged 3H,static contact angle up to 110°,and the effects of nanoparticle addition on the thermal stability of the coating were investigated by TGA,it was found that the addition of nanoparticles had little effect on the thermal stability of the coating.The surface microstructure of the coating was observed by AFM and SEM.The surface of the layer has a more evenly distributed mastoid structure.(3)After fluorinated polyacrylate(PFA),curing agent,HDDA,PETA,and the photoinitiator B were uniformly mixed and cured under UV irradiation,a UV-curable fluorinated polyacrylate coating was made.The influence of the amount of each substance added on the coating performance was investigated.The structure of the coating was characterized by FT-IR,Then,nano silica sol was added to the uncured fluorinated polyacrylate mixture,and a nano-hybrid photocurable fluorinated polyacrylate coating were prepared under the irradiation of ultraviolet light.characterization of the structure of the coating by FT-IR,explored the influence of the addition of nanoparticles on the properties of the coating,the best technology for the PFA accounted for 40%,HDDA:PETA=1:1,the photoinitiator B accounted for 5%,adding 6%nano silica sol and in this process,the hardness of the coating reached 3H,static contact angle up to 113°,the microstructure of AFM coating on the observation that the surface uplift occurred.
