| In this paper,using Q235 angel steel as the research objest and ANSYS f inite el-ement analysis software to stimulate the temperature field,stress diled and strain field during the angel steel controlled cooling.The main content is:1.Througe analysis the initial conditions and boundary conditions of angel steel c-ontrolled cooling and giving simplify assumptions.Then establishing 2D and 3D finit-e element model of angel steel and research the temperature ch anges and the distribut-eon conditions.Identifing the reasonable water flow rate and cooling time and distribu-tion of temperature field.2.Establish the optimum design model on the basis of ANSYS optimum design t-heory.Using water density and flow velocities as the design variables,end-cold temp-eratue as the state variables,the largest temperature difference as the objective functio-n.Identifing the best parameters of controlled cooling.3.Using the results of the temperature field after optimum design and ind irect co-upled method to simulate the stress and strain field.Finding out the di stribution of st-ress and deformation of angel steel after controlled cooling.4.through experiment to research the temperature field of angel steel and compar-e with the finite element simulate results make sure that the reliability of the finite e-lement simulation. |
