Acrylonitrile industry wastewater is the high concentrated wastewater generated in the process ofacrylonitrile production,It has high toxicity and refractory etc.At present, the processing method mainly is incineration, but the processing method of huge energy consumption. 30%-40% wastewater treatment energy consumption accounts for energy consumption of acrylonitrile production, There are a lot of treatment research method of acrylonitrile for industrial wastewater, but low energy consumption areas are mainly concentrated in the biological treatment and membrane separation method. Acrylonitrile for industrial waste water were pre treated before it can be of biological treatment.Advanced oxidation technology is a kind of pre treatment technology.Acrylonitrile for industrial wastewater is composed of zhe waste water of cooling tower and acetonitrilewastewater. This paper on the three components of advanced oxidation experiment independently.zhe organic of zhe cooling tower wastewater contain AN,ACN,HCN, 3-Pyridinecarbonitrile, Butanedinitrile, Pyridine, 1,2-Benzenedicarbonitrile and Hydroquinone. Acetonitrile wastewater contains acetonitrile, acrylonitrile, 2-methyl-benzonitrile, 3-methyl-pyridine. Advanced oxidation treatment is divided into ozone and ultraviolet treatment. The experimental results show that, The content of TC,TOC and TN in wastewater were decreased to some extent. The content of IC in Wastewater is not decreased obviously. When the wastewater by advanced oxidation treatment, part of the organic matter through oxidation andisomerization, reduce the content of organic matter, at the same time to generate a certain amount of components that has smaller contribution for TN and TC.Research shows that, ozone flow is more reasonable in the 4g/h in zhe ozone advanced oxidation process,. At the same time the auxiliary ultraviolet light treatment, can achieve the goal of pre processing.
