Mine ventilation system is one of the core systems in the coal mine production system,which is used to ensure the air quality of the internal production environment.Its significance is self-evident.The fresh air on the ground can be continuously delivered to the hoist way through the ventilation system,dust and toxic and harmful gases which is in the well can also be discharged in time,the system provides safety protection for down operations.In the process of production,it is necessary to effectively predict and monitor the operation of the ventilation system.The underground environment is complex,there are many factors that can threaten production safety.Therefore,it is necessary to establish a monitoring and forecasting mechanism for the ventilation system,which can help managers grasp the down hole dynamic and improve the safety of down hole operations.In response to the above requirements,this paper has done the following work,the main contents are as follows:1)Aiming at the characteristics of ventilation system,a detailed analysis of ventilation reliability is made.Based on the characteristics of ventilation system and the commonly used ventilation reliability research solution,a comparison and analysis are made The reason and influencing factors of mine ventilation system reliability reduction are obtained.The advantages and disadvantages of current reliability prediction algorithms are analyzed,and BP neural network is selected as the prediction algorithm of this project.2)This paper established a reliability prediction model for mine ventilation system based on BP neural network algorithm.The input / output value,the network parameters and algorithms of the model is analyzed.A three-layer neural network of 14-12-5 is established.a set of verification are used for training and Testing verified the rationality and availability of the model,and achieved a good prediction accuracy.3)According to the model,a system is established to verify the practicability of the reliability prediction and monitoring functions.The mine ventilation reliability prediction and monitoring system is designed and established.The overall architecture of the system is designed,and detail solutions are provided,and designed the monitoring subsystem,data acquisition subsystem,prediction model subsystem,the consists of those subsystem and its functions are analyzed.4)Based on the forecasting system,according to the software design principles and requirements,the forecasting system platform was developed,the overall design of the platform was analyzed,the interface of host computer was designed,the forecasting effect was visualized,the forecasting model and monitoring system achieved the interaction between the data.Through the application of on-site actual mine project,it shows that the platform has strong practicability,reliability and operability,and the effect is obvious.It can be promoted to coal mine enterprises.
