The ventilation system is made up primarily of ventilation network and ventilation dynamic,and is very important for the safety of mine production.With the increasing of depth and the expanding scale of the mine,it would be more complex and more difficult for ventilation system,therefore the reliability would be knocked-down even the airflow would get confusing.The trouble of any system or subsystem will inevitably affect or endanger the normal production in mine even the safety of workers,so it is necessary to study on the reliability of ventilation system.Throughout analyzing the reliability of ventilation system,the hidden dangers of accidents could be find out,which can be prevented in advance,so as to reduce and prevent accidents and improve the preventing calamities of mine ventilation system.Based on the results of previous studies,this paper took the ventilation system and its subelement as an example.The main contents of this paper include:1.The research of wind path reliabilityIn the light of ventilation network system's own properties,The reliability evaluation model of ventilation network was established by combining Network Flow theory.The air volume of every wind path was dynamically monitored in real time,and analyses were conducted on the variation trend of air flow and distribution rule of air volume by using the statistical method,then air volume distribution density function of any one wind path in ventilation network system was get to infer reliability index value of every wind path.2.The research of ventilation network reliabilityThe simplified adjacent terminal matrix method was adopted and encoded into a MATLAB program to obtain the disjointed minimal path set of the network system.Based on the disjoint theory and the BDD algorithm,an improved algorithm was presented for simplify constructing disjointed minimal paths in which different disjoint methods were used for the minimal path set with different path lengths.Firstly,minimal paths of length m-1 were disjointed and not involved in subsequent calculation,which could effectively reduce the amount of computation,then the rest of minimal paths were disjointed by BDD algorithm.Finally we defined and analyzed the sensitivity of wind path.3.The research of ventilation dynamic reliabilityAs for the repairable property of ventilation dynamic system,the reliability analyzing model was set up by using the Markov Process theory,and the reliability,failure rate and MTTFF of the main mine ventilator system were derived.Lastly,we put forward several safe techniques to improve the reliability of ventilation dynamic system.4.The numerical simulation of ventilation tunnel reliabilityThe soft of ANSYS CFX was used to simulate wind in roadway with addition of air regulators,and the law of air-quantity distribution had been obtained.The reliability of airway with air regulator was given after regional reliability defined.
