Booster has been widely used in infrastructure,bringing great benefits in economic.However,there are many risks exist in the process of the booster production,if the accident happened,it will caused a huge loss for people and property.So how to ensure economic efficiency and make production safety become an issue that enterprises need to consider at first.There are many risks in the production line of booster,make a simple threshold evaluating for each parameter can not be effectively evaluate.This paper attempt to combine the neural network with the risk assessment,and put forward the design of risk assessment system based on LSTM at last,and verification and analysis are carried out.This paper mainly includes:(1)Firstly,this paper introduces the whole process of booster production,then combined with modern accident causation theory and safety assessment principles,makes a risk identification for the main safety factors of the production line,determines the safety indexes corresponding the safety evaluation of booster,and put forward the plan of risk assessment system of booster.(2)Use the principle of Principal Component Analysis analyzing the risk assessment system and choose the primary characteristics as the inputs of the system.(3)According to the characteristics of the booster production line and compared the advantages of three algorithms of BP,RNN and LSTM,this paper choose to build a risk assessment system of booster production line based on LSTM and analyzed its feasibility.(4)Set up the model risk assessment system and simulate it,the result show that this model can evaluate the risk which exist in the production line well.(5)The overall design of the booster production line risk assessment system is put forward,and the hardware and software design of the system are realized.In the aspect of hardware,the principle of each hardware design is introduced.According to the requirement of booster production,the selection equipment is conducted.In the aspect of software,the whole function as well as the operation interface of the software system is introduced.Finally,the effectiveness of the system is verified by the high temperature in the part of mixing.The results show the system can effectively detect the risk of the booster production line.
