| Cabinet customized furniture is furniture enterprises on the basis of mass production,consumers according to their own requirements to design the desired furniture,sometimes also need to cooperate with the house huxing structure,and most cabinet customized furniture and the environment form a rigid connection,and space environment into a whole.In this paper,cabinet-type customized furniture as the research object,through practice and investigation and analysis,find out the problems and shortcomings of customized furniture,and get the real connotation of cabinet-type customized furniture design services.Based on the two important design elements of customized furniture and the characteristics of digital rapid service,three research ideas are obtained.One is the organic combination of cabinet customized products and space environment,so as to achieve the harmonious relationship between things and environment;Second,customized furniture product design to meet the diverse needs of customers,to achieve the " people-oriented" design concept;Third,through the combination of digital information,accelerate the service efficiency of products.Its concrete research performance for the structure research,the module research the code research three aspects.(1)The structure research not only analyzes and summarizes the characteristics of the”32 mm system" based on the conventional structure design,but also for the conventional structure design of structural parts and hole exposed problems to design attempt,namely invisible connection way.The invisible structure not only realizes the concealment of structural parts and hole positions,plays a role in beautifying products,but also realizes the effects of tightly adhering the top line and the ceiling,the closing plate and the left and right wall bodies through the adjustability of the invisible structure.(2)Module research is discussed from two angles of surface module and cabinet module.Surface module design to color collocation,pattern form,decoration process design,to meet the aesthetic needs of consumers’ personality.The function module design studies the human activity rule and the human use habit,satisfies the consumption diversification,the personalization function demand.(3)Coding research is based on design and production services.Module coding is a coding system composed of category code,specification code,feature code,material code,after release code.it takes single module as the research object,through the correlation of consumer most concerned about the material,color,function,price elements,and meet the requirements of product scale and space adaptability,with the joint participation of designer and customers,quickly make a reasonable design scheme.As a second-order code of module code,part code is an encoding system composed of positioning code,category code,specification code,material code and release code.part code can assist in designing the quotation of code,and at the same time,it can quickly serve the production and installation of products. |
