At present,computer technology is widely used in many fields such as paper packaging,metal parts manufacturing and garment cutting.In recent years,with the change of people’s living philosophy and consumption patterns,the demand for paper packaging boxes is increasing.However,due to the increase in raw material prices and the increase in labor cost,and in fact,market competition has led to a decline in product market prices and so on.The printing enterprises urgently need to reduce the cost of production,and the most important way to improve the utilization rate of the cardboard is the efficient splicing scheme.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical application value to study the intelligent layout system of packaging box.Through learning and researching,the following research results are obtained.Firstly,the structure features of the plane expansion pattern of paper packing boxes in mass production are studied,and the processing technology of paper packing box is considered comprehensively,such as die cutting indentation process,cardboard direction design process and cardboard size selection.On this basis,the layout algorithm for two-dimensional irregular layout problem is studied,including rectangle approximation,NFP critical polygon method and discretization method.By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the above algorithms,an intelligent layout algorithm based on structural units is finally adopted.That is to discretize the image of the plane expansion of paper packing box,extract the outline of the box,construct the structure unit by the concave and convex characteristic of the box,and then transform the structure unit by the BL heuristic algorithm to get the optimal or suboptimal layout scheme.Secondly,the development status and characteristics of paper packing box CAD system both at home and abroad are studied,and the demand of the software system suitable for production and processing is put forward according to the actual production demand of the packaging industry in China.An intelligent packing box layout system based on Android system platform is designed and realized.Based on the analysis of the model structure of the paper packing box provided by the user,the best typesetting mode is automatically matched by classifying the package box,so as to realize the intelligent typesetting.Based on the calculation of raw material size,price and various process costs,a fast cost quotation is achieved,which effectively improves the utilization ratio and typesetting efficiency of paper.Thirdly,taking JAVA as the programming language,using Eclipse and Android Studio as the compilation and development environment,using the object-oriented programming idea,using SSM as the application framework to build the server,responsible for the information management and maintenance of the system.A"paper packing box intelligent layout system" is designed and implemented.Finally,the test results show that the intelligent layout system not only realizes intelligent packing and fast cost quotation,making the utilization rate of paperboard reaches 83%,but also runs steadily and data is safe and reliable.
