In recent decades,the rapid development of industrialization has driven the development of urbanization in China rapidly.However,with the advancement of industrialization and the popularization of high-quality life such as driving and home decoration,the rapid decline in air quality has become a serious problem that has plagued the health of the people.Except the factors that living in the vicinity of heavy industrial parks,in the living environment of ordinary residents,the common air impurities are:dust generated by life,silica and other impurities floating in the dust,TVOC distributed in the air including the typical furniture utensils such as formaldehyde.At present most of the current air quality monitoring systems are aimed at centralized industrial production.In some high-precision industrial production,the relative content of dust impurities in the air is very strict,and the weak dust content may cause defects in the production system.However,high-precision air quality monitoring systems for factories are expensive,occupy a large area,and consume large amounts of power.They are only suitable for large-scale industrial production and cannot meet the needs of the current family.At present,it can be seen in the market that there are relatively few air monitoring systems for households sold and the cost is relatively high.Its main functions are focused on the monitoring of formaldehyde content in the air and dust in the living environment.Functionality is not strong and flexibility is not high.In view of the lack of intelligence,high selling price,and poor interactivity of air monitoring systems for home sales,I am committed to developing a home air quality rapid monitor.I hope that the designed monitor will have a small size,easy portability and beautiful features in appearance.;the characteristics of easy operation,strong interaction,and linkage in use;in the selection of materials with low cost,environmental protection materials,selection of light features.The function of this experiment is based on the STM32F030C8T6 microprocessor controlling the entire system.The photomultipliers were used to measure the dust for the detectors.The MS1100 was used as the TVOC gas sensor,the DH11 was used as the humidity sensor,and the ZE08-CH2O was used as the formaldehyde sensor to monitor dust,TVOC gas,formaldehyde and temperature and humidity in the air.The test data is sent to the microprocessor for processing through A/D conversion chip ADC0808,sent to the LCD1602 for display,and transmitted to the handheld device through ZigBee communication technology,realizing remote real-time monitoring to remind the user to pay attention to changes in the environment.Finally,the entire system tested dust,TVOC gas,formaldehyde and temperature and humidity in the air.The measurement accuracy of the dust content is 0.1mg/m~3,the measurement error is withiną0.2mg/m~3,and the measurement range is from 0mg/m~3to10mg./m~3;TVOC gas measurement accuracy is 0.1mg/m~3,measurement error is withiną0.2mg/m~3,measurement range is from 0mg/m~3 to 5mg/m~3;Sound content measurement accuracy is 0.1mg/m~3,measurement error is withiną0.2mg/m~3,the relative error is withiną6%and the measurement range is from 0mg/m~3 to 10mg/m~3.The indicators have reached conventional demand.At present,small-scale and equal-performance test instruments have no market sales,so this design has important significance in practical use.
