In recent years,the development of industrial Internet of Things has ushered in new development opportunities.The welding quality of the pipeline directly affects the stability of the transmission line.In order to realize the visualization operation of the welding status of automatic welding equipment,the pipeline welding status online monitoring platform is built by using sensor wireless networks,gateways,cloud servers and GUI to realize the monitoring of automatic welding equipment and human-machine interaction operation.This paper first analyzes the monitoring design needs of automatic external welding equipment for pipelines,and combines the typical design architecture of the Internet of Things,determines the overall structure design scheme of the online quality monitoring system based on MQTT server and ZigBee finally.Subsequently,the four modules of Zigbee sensor network,LTE gateway,MQTT message server and human-computer interaction graphical interface of the system are carefully explained,and the design of each module is completed from two aspects of hardware and software design respectively.In the sensor network part,this paper completes the design of the ZigBee hardware circuit of CC2530,completes the establishment of ZigBee network by using Z-Stack protocol stack,realizes the acquisition of sensor parameters including temperature sensor,angle sensor,Hall sensor and other modules and sends data to the coordinator node through unicast mode.In the Gateway module part,this paper uses STM32 embedded devices and LTE modules to complete the porting of the MQTT protocol and the construction of the LTE gateway,and MQTT server are built to achieve the sensor data upload function of the cloud server.In the Graphic interface part,the use of Qt development environment were designed local human-computer interaction interface and remote graphical monitoring interface,and finally with the help of embedded Linux devices to achieve the welding monitoring system field monitoring function,with the help of the MQTT Io T server public network environment to achieve the online monitoring function.After testing and practical application,the system has the basic monitoring function of pipeline welding equipment,the local HMI interface to the motion mechanism and welding mechanism parameters sent down the function,the MQTT server message service can be stable transmission,to meet the monitoring needs of the actual construction and welding production environment.
