Energy resources on the earth are divided into two categories:renewable resource of wind,water,and non-renewable resources of coal,natural gas,etc.Now the energy structure in our country mainly contains fossil fules.More negative news apperante,the subsidence of the ground,environmental pollution,acid rain and greenhouse effec,which has become the main reason for the sustainable development of the modern society.Renewable biomass resources draws researcher with the advantages of renewable and less pollution.Biomass is a kind of renewable resources with low production cost,price moderate and easily available.Therefore,the ask of the global sustainable development requires renewable biomass resources to reduce or displace non-renewable resources of fossil fuel.Starch is composed of glucose molecules together with the characteristics of widely accessible,regenerate,which is the main raw material of industrial production of sugar,maltose alcohol.The sustainable development of industry brings the environment pollution.The development of modern momentum asks us to reduce the industrial"waste gas,waste water and industrial resdue"emissions from the source.Treat waste recycling up is new ideas to reduce waste.Asphalt ester is the by-product in the process of acrylonitrile production with characteristics of thickness.Indiscriminate discharge will affect the water and land,and also restrict enterprise production.Asphalt ester can be used into carbon material with large amounts of carbon element,improve the added value of acrylonitrile industrial.In this paper,two different resource of carbon material were preparated into porous carbons.Industrial waste asphalt ester as a precursor of carbon material activated by KOH activation and K2CO3 activation respectively,and studied the application performance further more.Starch as a precursor of carbon material activated by KOH,and further manufacturing microporous.This paper mainly contents the following several aspects:1.Using asphalt ester as raw materials,adopted in 500℃after 1h of carbonized carbonization tar ester,with different proportion ratio on the surface of the porous carbon can be produced from potassium hydroxide.By X-ray diffraction,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),infrared spectrometer,elemental analyzer,nitrogen adsorption stripping test technique,such as the proportion of activator,activation time on the microcosmic structure of porous carbon,and constant current charge and discharge test was tested by cyclic voltammograms studied the electrochemical properties of porous carbon,it is concluded that the best activation conditions:porous carbon,specific surface area of 3120 m2 g-1 total entrance is1.65g-1 cm3,specific capacitance is 133.19g F-1.2.The asphalt ester of 500℃and carbide potassium carbonate was prepared by chemical activation with porous carbon,by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrometer,elemental analyzer,nitrogen adsorption stripping test technique,such as the proportion of activator,activation time on the porous carbon and the effect of the best activation conditions are obtained.3.Using corn starch as the precursor,adopt the method of activated phosphate,potassium hydroxide,etching preparation of multi-level of porous carbon,by scanning electron microscopy(SEM),X-ray diffraction,infrared spectrometer,elemental analyzer,nitrogen adsorption stripping test and constant current charge-discharge test,cyclic voltammograms etc technology,to study the properties and the effect of preparation of porous carbon specific capacitance is 132.5 g F-1,This article,ester as a raw material,corn starch and asphalt of KOH and K2CO3as chemical activator,through a large number of experiments and a series of characterization methods,the application of different activation methods of preparation of porous carbon performance.Results show that ester base asphalt has developed aperture,corn starch,Quito hole charcoal showed excellent electrochemical performance,can be used as a super capacitor electrode materials.
