Magnetic tile is a component which provides a constant magnetic potential source for the permanent magnet motor,and its working efficiency is affected by the processing accuracy and surface quality.The magnetic tile uses powder metallurgy method for a large number of mass production.After cementation,the magnetic tile has high hardness and brittle.The surface quality and machining accuracy of magnetic tile blank can not meet the requirement of use,and grinding must be carried out.According to the requirements of magnetic tile production enterprises,this paper designed a magnetic tile grinding production line.The outer surface,the inner surface,the bottom surface,the two side faces and the end 'face of the magnetic tile with a certain size range can be processed by the new designed magnetic tile production line.Firstly,the grinding process of magnetic tile is developed.Secondly,the whole design of the magnetic tile grinding production line is completed.In the end,the design and research of the key grinding station are carried out.The production line can automate the production of magnetic tile grinding,which can improve production efficiency,reduce the number of workers and also reduce production costs.The main contents of the paper are listed as follows:(1)Three different production process lines are proposed based on the surface of the magnetic tile to be grounded.According to the characteristics of magnetic tile blanks,we simplefies the production line,analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of the process route.Ultimately,the process line of magnetic tile grinding and corresponding layout form are determine.The magnetic tile automatic grinding production line is designed entirely,and the grinding method design of each station is completed.(2)The mechanical design of the grinding machine for the outer surface of the magnetic tile is carried out.The grinding mechanism and the feeding mode are completed.The grinding force is calculated according to the grinding force empirical formula,and the mechanical simulation analysis of the grinding parts is carried out by using the dynamic analysis software ADAMS.It is verified that the grinding force,which is calculated by the mechanical.The station's grinding wheel is designed and the assembly position of the wheel is determined.The modal analysis and the harmonic response analysis for the grinding parts is completed,to avoid resonance phenomenon which affects the processing accuracy of magnetic tile.(3)The mechanical design of magnetic tile round chamfer station is finished in the paper,and the position of the magnetic tile in the station is determined.The method of chamfering grinding is determined to be the work of three groups of cam mechanism.The main parameters of the three groups of cam and the phase relationship of the cam are calculated according to the production requirements.The grinding force is calculated by the empirical formula,and the required motor type is calculated from the grinding force,and the camshaft strength is checked.To ensure that the camshaft meets the requirements of stiffness and strength,the finite element software Workbench is used to analyze the static and dynamic characteristics of the cam shaft...
