High-end CNC machine has been listed as a key development field by the “Made in China 2025” plan.Braking-type plate shearing machine,an equipment for sheet manufacturing,has been widely used in the fields of home appliances,cars,ships and electronics.So far shearing machine still stops at the stage of rough and low-end designing,so it is urgent update and upgrade products.With the aim of accuracy designing,this dissertation greatly improved processing performance of braking-type plate shearing machine system based on structuring controlling,error modeling,automatic production line of sheet-metal working and intelligent monitoring.Through the analysis of properties and applications of domestic and international main shearing machine,this dissertation put forward the development direction of highend shearing machine based on designing,principle and era background of “Made in China 2025” plan.Based on the 6×3200 shearing machine,the program of structure,hydraulics and controlling was optimized;besides,the shearing process was simulated and analyzed,and machining precision was improved.The topology and low-body array was described based on Multi-body System.The error of shearing machine was modeled and analyzed under the consideration of motion errors and manufacturing errors.Therefore,the falling of designing relying on theory was covered.Based on malpractice of manual transferring,the program relating to automatic processing line of large-scale sheet metal was introduced to improve efficiency and accuracy.The monitoring network based on wire and wireless was formed under the consideration of influencing on sheeting accuracy.This network monitors rack straining,temperature of hydraulic cylinder and vibration of tool carrier;besides,it realizes remote control and field control through state database based on cloud server.
